Looking for a seamstress - need jacket alterations

Hi there,

My fiance and I are getting married on the playa this year. Last week, he received his steampunk/willywonka jacket in the mail. It was made by someone out of state. It is awesome but it needs a few (hopefully simple) alterations in the sleeve area. The sleeve openings are a little too small for his hands. Looking for someone with creative sewing skills in the SF bay area.

= )

Please let me know if you need any other info.

Thank you!

Take it to the drycleaners, (if they have a person out front with a sewing machine). Explain that it's a formal costume piece and work it out. Zippers would be easy. Or maybe a small addition of some other fabric is called for. You could open the seam and make it lace up like a pirates shirt. Don't stress out over it. If the jacket fits him You'll think of an easy solution. Have a beautiful wedding.
