There are two Rideshare locations in Reno.
But you'd better not be going to the playa without adequate supplies.
If you haven't read the Survival Guide, do that right now.
If you already have a real ticket, and either have or have the means to get supplies in Reno, then get to Reno to a Rideshare.

The Keystone Rideshare is at the Keystone Savemart (grocery store: water & food).
