I went to go register to make my burner profile and the site is erroring, is it simply soiling itself or is it down till main ticket sales? I get a code 503 when I click the login button

It's probably temporary. People are reporting problems in other threads because today at PST noon is when registration for the "holiday" pre-sale tickets go on sale.

Remember, this is just registration, there's no need to do it immediately because it's not first-come, first-served.

I just wanted to get it taken care of when I was thinking about it.

It's running now-just got registered after about 4 tries-I was off this afternoon and had the time to spend. I don't know that there is a need to crash the servers, there is plenty of time to register, and as I understand it, the time and date you register has nothing to do with the actual first come first served ticket sale.

It's nice to get it out of the way whenever its up and running though. I won't be getting my ticket till the main sales in febuary, I considered trying to wait and get a low income ticket, but Ill be able to afford a regular priced one and don't want to wait

As TexasRick mentioned, there's no need to rush for registration. As long as you have a burner profile in the system, and as long as you register for the sale you want to participate in during the registration window for that sale, you're all set to go.
