Yeah we had the same issue - that AND it steadfastly refused to remember our address, so I typed it about 30 times this morning.
But we got tickets!!! totally worth the 5.30am start for us Aussies.
Good luck everyone else, just keep trying.

The problem was at Ticketfly. Tried from burner profile page, email and just using the code BM sent and all failed with the trying to purchase too many tickets error. Then I tried again and it worked. Ticketfly fixed the issue.

After you register with Tickeyfly you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You need to verify this before proceeding on to purchase your ticket. Many people may be missing this step.

Interesting, I never had to perform this step (I never got a registration email either - and I created an account with ticketfly.com on the 'fly').

Hmmmmmm. Well I suspect that my main problem was that I was clicking on the Enter pre-sale link instead of the sparkly things link. Just a failure to follow directions on my part. What else is new

if any of you are still trying to purchase tickets, the one thing I did different on my last and successful attempt was I use the "+" button on the number of tickets instead of manually typing in 1 ticket. Maybe that was the glitch.

Just getting in and checking with HQ, yes there was a hiccup when the gates first opened but that issue has been resolved. If you registered for the presale during the registration window, you should be able to log into your Burner Profile and see the link to purchase in the 'Sparkly Things' section. When purchasing tickets, you will also need to create an account on the Ticketfly (Burning Man's ticketing provider) web site - more info on that can be found here.

If you did register but don't see that info, or if you're having some other issue with purchasing tickets in the presale, please contact Ticketing Support asap.

Promo codes are unique to that user, and single use.
