I got two tickets!
I first tried and got the too high demand error.
Next I did an F5 refresh browser for about 5 minutes...finally got into the waiting room. After 15 minutes in waiting room with no errors I got the Ticketfly page.
I had pre registered with Ticket fly so I logged in and got the order page.
Choose two tickets....entered cc number and bang TWO TICKETS TO PARADISE.

My friends got the error codes and finally got in by a reboot PC. They have been waiting in the waiting room and once got an invalid promo error. They refreshed and got back in waiting room. Still waiting.

Good luck ...Be positive!!!
Burners friends..I gotta get back to work so I can be of no more help.
Good luck...you know the routine! Bitching does not help at this point. Stay Positive and dusty my friends. Hope to see ya all at Camp Spank of America!

By entering the code before noon and getting the error message, you got that info cached in your web browser. The way browsers work, you need to clear your cache manually. Close the browser windows with that site on the screen and clear your cache, then go back and try again.

If you're still getting the error message after that, contact ticketsupport@burningman.com asap for assistance. They'll need your first/last name, the Burner Profile name, and your promo code. You may also want to specify what browser you were using.

Thanks everyone for your help here.

Looks like I was kicked out for a third time and clearing the cache isn't working this time.

Ive been kicked out of the waiting room twice now with the invalid code error. Now it is just giving me an errror when trying to get back in. This is after multiple cache clears and differnt browsers.

That is to say, clearing the cache worked before.

I'm running into the exact same issue now.

I've tried different browsers, cleared caches, different computers, different networks -- all end in "invalid code".

SOMETHING IS BROKEN ON YOUR END BURNINGMAN/TICKEYFLY! FIX IT!

We must have really crashed the system. Seems like at most 8 people report getting tickets.

Note to BMorg...STAGGER the ticket buyers.

tried on a pc with Firefox, cleared cache, rebooted and refreshed multiple times to no avail. Tried on a mac with safari, cleared rebooted and blah blah blah with same results: Code Error.

The point of this sale is so critical team members can get their tickets to insure they can plan on getting to the playa right?

Anyways, this is awesome and I can't fucking wait to do it all again in the main sale. Good job team!!

Tril just FYI, I've had all of my people try that method and only one of 18 has been successful at purchasing a ticket. ALL others are getting invalid code at some point in the process, even ones that have NOT tried to enter code prior to noon, so there is some other error going on here. If you have any way of getting in touch with Frog directly and let them know they need to get in touch with TicketFly ASAP to get this issue resolved it would be great if you could push this info upstream.

Booted out of waiting room. Reset cache. Tried different browser. Code still doesn't work. Multiply x 6 of my campmates. Can't say I'm surprised.

The only person able to purchase in our camp was me and I'm the camp leader. Everyone else is getting invalid codes

Resetting cache and cookies no longer helps, I now go directly to Invalid Code. I sent an email to ticketsupport but have to get back to work.

If it's sold out, just tell us it's sold out.

How to get back into the waiting room: this is only a little thing, but I noticed that if I got kicked out, and then tried again with the long link still left in the browser (with a long wrKey string) it would take me back to the WR without my having to retype my code in. Not right away, but it's something. Any other tips?

We're working on a @burningman promo code issue affecting a small number of purchasers. Please hold on tight! We'll report back ASAP.

Maybe there is something to this. I too am the camp leader and I was only one so far to get ticket.

I am also camp leader and I'm the only one that could buy tickets.

All of my campers have been unsuccessful in getting tickets thus far. I was the only one able to get tickets. I am the primary person on for our camp... does that have anything to do with me being able to get tickets? Has anyone else other then primary for any camp been able to get tickets?

Weird - all of a sudden the page just came up and says I am confirmed.

This is probably good kharma for not complaining too much of my issues :)

"Clear the cache / cookies, then reboot and reload" sounds like IT Support for "I have no F*ing idea why it doesn't work, the problem must be with you, the dumb user."

Has anyone who had already gotten the CODE INVALID error message actually gotten in and gotten tickets using this method, or is it just something they're asking us to do so we might feel slightly empowered while their system still sucks?
