My friend screwed up. Thought that creating a burner profile was the same as registering for the individual sale. So he won't be able to buy his ticket today.
is there anyone who was planning on just buying one who wouldn't mind buying two instead? He's 100% for sure guaranteed to buy it off you.

The main sale is not his last or only chance. Tell him to get in the STEP as soon as that's open.

There's also the OMG last minute sale.

You should encourage your friend to become more radically self reliant. Not only for things like reading comprehension, but also in doing things for himself (like joining the site and putting out his own plea to find someone to buy a ticket on his behalf). With such short notice, though, his best bet may be to stay tuned for when STEP opens, or to start looking in the after-market (we'll open up our ticket boards once the ticket team gives us the green light that people can start making ticket order changes/transfers).
