Priority in STEP?

For those folks who were registered for the main sale and ended up not able to get tickets because they were sold out, will they be able to get priority in STEP?

Unlikely. Who knows, though. They haven't announced the 2014 program details yet.

I've read through the STEP details on the ticket page and guess I just need a little clarification... First come, first served. Pertaining to priority, I'm assuming that means those who register for STEP on 4/16 at 12:01 PM will be given priority over those who register on 4/17, regardless of previous registration. Possibly a stupid question, just trying to understand how it will work.

That is how it's worked in the past, and I'm assuming it will work the same this time, based on:
Burning Man Ticket FAQ wrote:As soon as tickets are released into STEP they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis via email notifications to registered participants.
