I just received my tickets today! I did not have to sign for it, and I did not receive a email with a tracking number! This kind of upset me because we live in the hood! Mailboxes are always getting broken into! I remember paying $12 to have them sent USPS Signature confirmation! WTF? Those fools in my hood would have seen that package and thrown the tickets in the trash and just eaten my fireballs!

Sounds like your postman (or woman) was being lazy. Or maybe he (she) was just trying to get the hell out of the hood.

If your tickets arrived with no tracking # email, send an email to
[email protected] that includes your order #. That will give them info they can use to help sort out the problem with the ticket vendor, and hopefully ensure others get the right info via email.
It's also worth noting that in the area where I live, both the US mail and UPS are both just blowing off the whole signature required thing these days. With UPS I'm lucky if they even knock on the door - the guy gets buzzed into the building and just drops and runs everything in the building foyer area where all the mailboxes are. Jerks!

Isn't mail tampering a felony? Therefore isn't the mail carriers not delivering the mail properly kind of a big deal?
And yes please everyone who received their tickets without getting an email with tracking number first contact ticket support and let them know. Just cause your tickets arrived safely it doesn't mean it's ok for them to cut corners like this. This is obviously pretty widespread and it's bound to go badly for a few people.

Got my ticket and other items OK. Got no e-mail from vendor. E-mail sent to BM ticket support per your request.

It should be. At some point, the U.S. Congress in it's on-going war against the government and its employees, made all the real postmen retire and hired a bunch of random people* instead. Service has gone down.

One of my neighbors got a very clear photo of a package thief with a motion detector camera. I've found packages just tossed into my yard and yes, one went missing in March. With the photo, I'm hoping the bitch gets caught.
