Purchasing someone else's ticket?

So I have purchased my friends ticket who is sadly no longer going to the to Playa. What do I need to do in order to get her ticket in my name?? Thanks in advance for your help!

Is the ticket at Will Call? She must do the name change, not you.
"For regular ticket purchases, you can change the name on your ticket order. To change the name associated with your ticket order please email
[email protected] with your confirmation number, full name and email address associated with the order and we will give you instructions.
If this is a hard copy paper ticket, there is no name change required.
