We have two tickets and a vehicle pass on my name. I will arrive on Sunday, 24th Aug, my parents, who will use the second and the vehicle pass on Friday, 29th.
How can I split the order, and change the name for the second ticket?

If multiple people need to pick up tickets on the same order and they are not arriving together, the order must be under the person arriving to Burning Man first. After that person picks up the tickets from the Box Office, they can then put any remaining tickets under separate names at Will Call. Ticket orders cannot be separated until they are picked up at Will Call (at the Box Office at the front gate of Burning Man).

Does one of them already have a physical ticket; is that why they only need 1 ticket at Will Call?

S you can deal with it when you pick you ticket up no problem.


Or what I think Savannah might be hinting at; if one of them has a physical ticket in hand they could give it to you, you could transfer the whole Will Call order in to one of their names, you could cruise through without needing to stop at Will call and they could pick up both the tickets for themselves since one of them is going to have to wait in line anyway.

Personally I'd go with the former option because it doesn't involve ticket support doing anything and they're clearly swamped right now but that's up to you.

What Savannah Said ^ I have done this every year since it started selling out. You can even turn in hard tickets for them to disseminate to someone coming in later. Its right there in the fine print..
