So I'm heading up with our Alpha Team to build our camp the week before. The problem is that Will Call doesn't open up til Wednesday and we are arriving Tuesday night. Is anyone else facing this situation??

You are going to have to trade your will call ticket for a paper ticket. This involves changing the name on the will call ticket. Perhaps easiest if it's with a friend where there is mutual trust.

Or arrive Wednesday at noon.

As has been covered in a couple threads before, if you're planning to arrive with a valid early arrivals pass before Wednesday 8/20 you must have a physical ticket. No two ways about it. Get in touch with your camp leader, and figure out who in your camp you can swap physical tickets for will call with, and do what you need to get it set up. Being in a camp that needs to come in that early to start setting up infrastructure, you probably have enough members that it shouldn't be too difficult to sort that out. I know your camp leader may be busy and you don't want to bother him/her, but I think it's worth it, and they'll probably appreciate your making sure everything's lined up so you can be out there when they need you.

If your ticket is a non-transferable low income ticket, then you have no other recourse than to wait until noon on 8/20.

if Trilo's suggestion doesn't work out; Wednesday morning is not much different than Tuesday night in terms of getting work done. Just drive slower

Or even better, get some rest and a last shower in Reno!
