Hi,

So USPS supposed "delivered" my tickets (as they are marked as so on their tracking page) but I never got them. I tried to reach out to ticket support and it has been 5 days and I havent heard from them yet.

Does anyone know what i should do?! Is it possible to pick up replacement tickets at Will Call?

I saw on the FAQ page they say "No. We are not responsible for tickets lost in your possession and do not issue replacement tickets." :(

But it was never IN MY POSSESSION!!!

Please advice!!

- Ken

I would continue to try to contact them. I have heard of people with lost tickets getting their first tickets voided and then being able to willcall.

Did you contact burning man ticket support or ticktfly support? How long ago was it shipped?

You need to first file a claim with the post office. Go to your local post office and talk to them. It may have gotten misplaced on a truck or something.

One year my ticket was marked as delivered when it wasn't. It came the next day. It was explained to me at the time that that's how our post office was set up at the time. Delivery notification came at the PO, not the residence.

If the carrier shows the order as delivered, then your claim is with USPS and not Burning Man. You'll want to get that claim filed asap! Burning Man is not responsible for and does not replace lost tickets. If tickets are returned to Burning Man by the carrier, they will have the tickets held at will call (it's too late to attempt any kind of re-shipment).
