Ticket Support

I am 4 days into waiting for a response as to the status of my tickets that have not yet been not received. Checked with USPS just to be sure and they do not have them. I have my purchase receipt. Can anyone offer a suggestion?Are others waiting this long to be contacted?

ePlaya is not the Burning Man ticketing support department. If you need help, see
this post and follow those instructions. If you haven't gotten a response after several days, log into your email provider's web site and check your spam filter (even Yahoo and Google have been jerks lately), then send a follow-up email to
[email protected]. This part is important - be sure to include the support ticket # that you got from the automated message when you first wrote them.
