There was a post with someone advertising 10 tickets. I figured it was fake. Did he come on and admit it? It seems to have disappeared.

There were unsavory things related to it.
It was not real.

You know that cornfield out back? Yeah, parked out there.

It was not a good thing.

I did find the responses mind boggling.

Sarcasm does not translate well to print.

It wasn't free. He was asking for contributions of money, food, and more until he got two tickets.

It's simple: if a post breaks the ToS or the rules we operate under, it gets pulled. You're seeing it happen way more than usual right now due to the ticket situation - either ticket sellers asking for more than face value or attaching conditions to the sale, or ticket buyers offering gifts or enticements above face value (it doesn't have to be monetary - anything over face value is not allowed, including hugs, massages, chakra alignment and booze). There are other reasons a post can get pulled of course, but that's what the vast majority are right now.

See now, if I don't believe in chakra alignments, then getting a non-existent extra is like getting no extra at all.

Of course, other people might not mind being swindled like that.

And I'm unlikely to sell tickets to a chakra-aligner...
