Ok I figured it out. That took 1 1/2 hours to do. way too counter intuitive. And all that we did was change the ship to address ? Thats weak. Hope the buyer gets in.

I might be missing something but I don't think you can change the ship to address now, as they're done shipping. If you change your name, they can pick them up at Will Call in their name.
