HAD (2) tickets

The USPS has managed to lose (2) tickets that were sent via PRIORITY Mail and tracking says
STATUS OF ITEM
LOCATION
Dead Mail / Sent to Mail Recovery Center

I Have the ticket numbers, and have emailed ticket support about having the tickets canceled, but have not heard back.

Any suggestions?

Were these sent from Ticketfly? If you bought from a stranger, they may have intentionally put a wrong address on it to misdirect it to the dead letter office. Contact the post office about having them sent to you based on the tracking number.

No, these were tickets purchased from somebody in our camp that could not go due to medical reasons.
