Lost iPhone 5- white case with light blue triangle design

I lost my white iphone 5 on August 29th (Friday) of the burn this year. It is in a white case that has light blue triangles and a very light printed wood grain as a design on the back. There is a small crack in the upper right corner of the screen and the phone is unlocked. If you open the phone, there is an orange and blue jellyfish design as the background.

I would SO love to get my phone back- more for the pictures than anything else. If found, please email me at: [email protected] or cal 408-314-7874 (my boyfriend's phone). I will gladly give a reward for returning it to me, and will of course pay for shipping.
