Lost Iphone 5 - Blue and neon green otter case

Hello Burners:
I lost an Iphone 5 at the Temple Burn. It has a two color otter case. The main body of the case is Dark Blue and there is a rim of neon green around the screen. It has a passcode and will be locked. I can give you the passcode to identify.
Its a IPhone 5 (not 5S) If you remove the otter case the phone will be black
