i lost my black iPhone 4S

i lost my black iPhone 4S not far from my camp (merkaba 9:45 and i)
on Thursday the 28th August 2014.
it has an external battery attached to it at the back of the phone
(a black big piece that had no top - might fall of the phone though)
my cell number is:00972-50-5577076 (an Israeli number)
the phone shouldn't be locked. the cover photo is a surfer on a stand up paddle riding a wave.
the last photo i recall that i took was a guy dressed as woman riding
bikes or a few guys driving an art car that looked like a picnic table.
