LOST iPhone 5S Black Grey, cracked screen, neon green case

Hi Everyone,
I actually lost this in RENO at the Grand Sierra Resort on a slot machine, maybe someone has it....
I honestly really just want my PHOTOS/CONTACTS back, as they were never given the chance to uploaded to icloud!
This is an 16GB iPhone 5S with a cracked screen in the upper right corner. It may or may not have been found in a Marc Jacobs Neon Green Bunny Rabbit case.
