2 Passports left in pack with bike taxi on playa

On BMIR (http://www.bmir.org/), there was a report of the driver of a bike taxi finding the passports of a couple from europe in a knapsack they left on his taxi.
I can't find it in the webcam recordings where he reads their names.
I believe the driver was the same guy who reported getting stuck while getting down from an art work, where once down, he noticed a sign saying don't climb while wearing a backpack.
