Found: wheel of shift pendant

Post by spacetime » Fri Sep 05, 2014 8:27 pm

I found this thing on Saturday. Looks like a lot of them were made, as it had no customizations really. But just in case someone is missing one please pm me. Secondly, if anyone can help me understand what the wheel of shift is specifically referring to, ie a camp, I would appreciate it.

I found one too. Makes me wonder if they may have intentionally been dropped....

Ah, ok. Thank you for clarifying.

I found TWO of these! I've been watching this thread to see if there was a response, but yeah, seems like a lot were made.

Oh, not a Wheel of Shit pendant? That's no good then.

I suspect this is actually from a camp named Shift, which was around Esplanade and 9:45. They had the Ferris Wheel. The bracelet I got was a metal disk with four black strings used to tie them on. My Playa husband lost his, and mine fell off twice before I tied it on really hard. It was nice gift, but apparently, the strings were not so good at staying tied.

Yep. That's what I've got. It seemed rather 'unbranded' for it to have come from a big sound camp and not have the camp name on it. Hm. Ya, compared to the quality of the metal disc, the strings were kinda crappy.
