Good Morning To All! My boyfriend (50) and I (51) would like to participate in Burning Man 2015 and are looking to join a camp. We are from South Florida and are looking for any individuals, possibly from our area, that are part of a camp and are planning to attend the 2015 event. We have a small camper that we plan to take. Any suggestions and direction would be greatly appreciated! Regards

There's a section of the board for 2015 theme camps. That's the place to look on here for camps that might be looking to take on new members. Not all of them will be though, some camps post threads just to let folks know what cool stuff they're planning. It's a bit sparse at the moment but will fill up as the burn approaches. In that section you'll also find a thread someone else started about this question. It's probably got some answers you might find useful. The big tip though is to get involved with your local burner community and meet people kind of organically through meet up events and fundraisers etc.

Again, welcome to the board, I hope you find lots of useful into and some interesting folks to talk to as you prepare for you first burn.

The Spark Collaboration has a number of theme camps looking for campers,ourselves included. As an added bonus it is two clicks away. Not sure why they have this Burning Man feature if they never publicize it but it's useful in alot of ways.

I would recommend attending PreHeat in Lakeland in April. I've been to the Florida burns a few times, you'll definitely meet some amazing people, and possibly make some connections for BM.
