Anyone playing Cricket on the playa?

Post by Warbaby Fox » Sun Jun 28, 2015 7:22 am

idk if I'm in the right subforum, but I wanna know if there is cricket played anywhere on the playa. And if there's not, I think we should organize something. Thoughts?

Git 'er dun. Its a do-ocracy. You dont need "we". It all starts with "ME!".

And having said that, it sounds like a lot of fun! Set a time and advertise it so everyone know to look for Cricket Camp.

We will have some casual (played with a beer in hand) backyard style cricket happening at 'Straya Day. Come along!

I thought you were talking about Cricket phone service. lol I have Cricket and get cellphone service on the playa. I turn my phone off once I'm waiting in line to get in!

I'd love to watch a rousing game of cricket!
Sometimes I'm confused by what I think is really obvious. But what I think is really obvious obviously isn't obvious.

It's always fascinated me. I'm from the U.S., so I don't see much cricket played. But the notion of playing all day long in the blistering sun always fascinated me
