Bringing a sewing machine? know Camp Tutu contact info?
In the events directory, Camp Tutu (6:15&Donniker on the Unofficial map) indicates that they will bring some machines. At our contradancing camp we have a large dance tent this year and would like to sew a bunch of webbing loops. We might buy our own industrialish machine but would like to talk/coordinate/share with Camp Tutu (or others sewing on the Playa) but I cannot find contact information for them anywhere - anyone know?

Black Rock Boutique usually has a sewing machine or two in their clothing gift space. They make modifications on the fly so that flaming-tutu-skirt fits just right!

Hello! I'm with Tutu Camp (inventory sent me!)
I don't actually know whether we're going to have any sewing machines on playa -- we may in fact be pre-sewing things and just using safety pins for assembly. (Nobody wanted to volunteer their machine to get gunked up full of dust...)
Also, if we do have machines, my guess is they will not be great for sewing webbing -- they're going to be the cheapest machines we don't mind getting playa-fied. But we'd love to have you stop by and say hi, and we'll show you what we brought, and you can see if it would be helpful!

Update: Sorry, we will indeed not have any sewing machines. We'll be cutting and tying but not sewing. (Still feel free to stop by, say hi, and get a tutu!)
