Problem with Presale Registration

I have a burner profile and am having no difficulty logging into the profile with my password. But when I try to register for the presale by entering my username and password and pressing the button below on the registration page, my username and password disappear from the page, but I remain on the same page. That's it. No message confirming registration, no confirmation code, but no error message of any sort either. Anyone else having the same problem? I even created a new profile today with a different username and password, associated with a different email account, to see whether there was some problem with my account. Again, no problem creating the account. But the same result when I tried to register for the presale. I have written to the ticket support email address, but just received a form acknowledgment email saying I would hear from them in 24 hours -- when registration for the presale will be over.

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

OK, I went back an hour later, did the same things, and the confirmation code appeared. Apparently it was just a transient web page problem. Sorry to have troubled the board,
