Who got tickets in the Individual Sale?

Got my 2 tickets and a vehicle pass. No issues.. just had to wait in queue for about 20 minutes. Very nervous 20 minutes. Everyone I know got there tickets except one friend who is in the same boat as

been in the queue for an hour and it still says more than an hour. Anyone else having the same issue. I'm starting to loose hope

Just finished my payment for just two tickets and no pass.

I connected at 12:00:01 and waited without using my PC for other things.

I had a 3-5m wait when the page said "You made it; we are transferring you to TF"........

If this ticket doesn't happen for you...check out the regional burns!

I'm hearing from people everywhere that if you opened a new window from your email after you were already in queue, that new email got through faster. Why is that the case?

Excellent point, LonesomeBri. The whole point of reducing the number of passes was to curb the amount of hoarding people were doing (more than 5K more passes were purchased than used).

Don't stress over the pass now, but do stay tuned and pay attention to where you can get that sorted out in the months ahead.

Repeating this again...

I wouldn't worry too much about vehicle passes at this point. Just worry about getting through and getting tickets now, vehicle passes can be sorted later. People realize they didn't need as many as they thought and plenty turn up in the after-market, and it's also possible that Burning Man will revisit the number they make available this year.

This year I followed the advice to the letter and no ticket.

So i had everything logged in and ready to go was on my pc before 3pm east and still didn't get a ticket. Followed all the rules, didnt refreash, and was signed into que at exactly 2:59.99 lol This kinda sucks

yep, that's what worked for me early on. i got in immediately at noon - no line. but when i was transferred to ticketfly, the site was down. i fretted for a few minutes, tried the support line, and while on hold, clicked on the link in my email and BOOM - right back to my cart ready to check out! strange but in that good way. feeling lucky today!
