Help! with pre-sale tickets

I bought pre sale and can no longer go (super bummed!)...i am trying to transfer the ticket names to my friends but cannot find anything, nor has ticket support been ANY help. If you could advise me on this or share a link i'd be very thankful!

Is your ticket at Will Call or being direct mailed? If the latter, log into your TicketFly account and change the mailing address.
