Missing Vehicle Pass

Post by Ranger Ryan » Wed Jul 08, 2015 11:54 am

I just picked up my tickets from the Post Office, which is very exciting, but my vehicle pass was missing! Has this happened to anyone else?

My package was shipped via USPS to my PO box. I suspect the envelope was tampered with.

I'd file a claim with USPS and maybe talk to someone at your post office. I have my tickets shipped to my PO box every year and I've never had an issue. Hope you get it worked out :(
The playa isn't "home" to anything or anyone, it's not magic, it's just a goddamm camping trip. A really awesome one. -Captain Goddammit

If you have a ticket support issue, please either visit the ticket support link in my signature below, or send an email to [email protected]. If the package you received was either damaged or opened, you should file a claim with your post office immediately.
