Got charged 5 times for VP and didn't get it

What happened in the OMG sale? I got in line exactly at noon and pretty quickly was at front of line and allowed to buy a VP. I used the same card I used to by my tickets. Then when I clicked purchase it said there was an error with my card. So I thought maybe the address didn't get changed so I rechanged and clicked purchase. SAME ERROR I tried a couple of variations on my address. SAME ERROR. Then tickefly said my cart timed out, but let me go back in and buy one VP, I went to check out and I called the bank and asked them was my address OK and they said yes I had it correct and they said BTW burning man has charged your account 5 times then refunded it immediately.' This is crazy.

I live in Panama central american and we are flying to SF. I was supposed to teach a paper making class but know do not know how i will get the supplies or even us to burning man.
I can not tell you how heart breaking and sad this is.

You've got all the evidence that they screwed up. I can't see them not giving you one. If they turn you down escalate and keep trying.
