One (1) Will Call ticket -- How to change name?

How does the original purchaser of one (1) Will Call ticket go about changing the name on the ticket from the name of the original purchaser to the name of the new buyer?

How do I change the name on my order?

To change the name on your order, log in to your Ticketfly Account and select the order you would like to change. Once you are in the order record, scroll down to the bottom of the record to the "Shipped To" section and then use the "Edit" link to enter the new name and address for the order. This will allow us to release your order to your named party if you selected Will Call delivery, or to ship the order to the new owner if you chose to have your ordered mailed to you.


Please note that if at the time of purchase you chose a U.S. shipping method, the new shipping address must remain within the U.S. Orders purchased with Canadian shipping methods must still ship to a Canadian address. Also, please remember that UPS orders cannot ship to P.O. boxes.


Keep in mind that orders held for Will Call pick up will not be released at the Box Office without a valid ID matching the Shipping Name on the order, so be sure to double check that you’ve listed the recipient’s legal name and spelled it accurately.
