International Shipping Ticket not received! / Will Call?

Hello everyone,

I ordered the international shipping option to Germany for my Burning Man Ticket, however I never received the ticket or got a tracking number.

I believe this might be due to the strange reason that it says "Will Call" under the delivery method in my "International Shipping Upgrade" confirmation email from ticket fly.

In my ticket fly account under the ticket order it also says this:
$390 Individual Ticket
1 x $390.00 $390.00
SEC: Individual Ticket
Will Call

even though I have the international shipping upgrade as an additional order in the same ticket fly account.

In my order for the shipping upgrade it also says
UPS Shipping Upgrade
1 x $40.00 $40.00
SEC: UPS Shipping Upgrade
Will Call

My question is if my ticket will definitely be hold for me at the festival and I can pick it up there and if its under the name exact name of the ticket fly account? Also if someone knows why it didn't get sent to my address even though I ordered the shipping option would be interesting!

I have already sent a support question to the ticket support as a public and normal support request and have not received any answer in 4 days.

The answer Sham gave you was the correct one. Ticket Support is extremely busy this time of year. If you don't hear back in a day or two, I'd email them again. Other than that, there is really nothing anyone on this forum can do to help you with ticketing problems. I'm sure it will all work out.
