If it matters to you what posting-time is shown in the posts, and it is now off by an hour, you must change between Standard Time and Daylight Time yourself. Go to Control Panel, Board Preferences, and move the dot to Summer Time Not In Effect -- or words to that effect. Finish the job by clicking on Submit.
If it is still off, you probably need to set your Time Zone also. Maybe you never did that, and you have been seeing Timbuktu Time for years? It's the line above the Summer Time line.

Really? I have never changed that in all the years I've been on the board.
Even after making that change, the time stamp is still off by 8 minutes.

Yes, Coach!
To my mind, the usefulness of the time stamp is in knowing how long ago the post was made, which could influence the wording of my reply. But I realize not many people have such devious minds.
Beyond that, it just seems annoyingly illogical when a time-stamp shows that a post was made in the future.

Actually, all the site's timestamps are based on UTC. Your personal preferences (which you set in the User Control Panel here) are just that, your personal preferences. It adjusts the time stamp to the time setting of your choice, and happens dynamically (change it now, it'll affect what you see in the browser for all the posts).
Unfortunately, PHPBB does not handle time zones and daylight saving transitions more elegantly. I'm looking at a plugin to add the functionality, but it'll come after the next site upgrade.
