Now I'm getting "Access denied" messages from my home internet connection. I'm not using any VPNs or any other setup, and the URL was not in Spamhaus's database or other places. This time, the "Access denied" was from Cloudfare itself.

Is it really too hard to fix internet issues anymore? Is a percentage of refused service allowable?
