I will look into it, and into the commercial sigline links. Thank you.

Looks 99% spam to me - unless you get a coherent reply from them I say dump the posts.

I try to enjoy reading ePlaya and go to the site a few times a week, but I think a bigger problem than the spammers is a comparatively small number of uber-posters who take what could be serious threads and turn almost any discussion into an off-topic jokefest. These are the folks who have 5-10 thousand posts or more on ePlaya. Once this starts, any serious conversation is lost for that thread.

This is often compounded by huge signatures that fill some much of the screen that you have to scroll constantly just to read a thread. Seriously, there is no reason for the same graphic animation to be playing a dozen times in the same thread.

Andy, you should post more.

The problem is a lack of participation by most people that visit the site.
You can stay on topic even if others do not.

I will poke fun at anyone and anything.
That won't keep you from talking about it, if you like.

And no one actually has more than a thousand posts on here.
That would clearly be insane.

I'm thinking this is a sales call:

Whoever it is has been hanging around for hours.

I know how tempting it is, but easier for me if there are no replies attached to the spam. And if it is embedded in a thread and I delete it, then the remaining posts remarking on it are just weird. Not that there's anything wrong with weird...

Thanks Anti M;

Sorry I didn't know about the "no reply" idea. I will resist the temptation next time.

I thought this was spam too. Their only post...and the first page the link takes you to seems to be more focused on signing up and making money than it does watching movies.
