Looks like it's down again. Oddly enough, if you quote someone that has a vid up, that still works, but trying to post a new vid will not.

Did a test with 3 options:

Full URL
URL without the stuff after the ampersand
Using the code youtube gives with their "share button"

Only the URL without the stuff after the ampersand worked.
