Death to Spammers, Phishers etc.
Okay, what part was joking?
Hard to tell sometimes.
I am never awake when I first get up.
And I'm at least three hours short of sleep today too.
I really don't function without sleep since the crash.
You are a relentless morning person.
Did I really miss a post?
Edited because of exactly that sort of thing.
I composed correctly, but it didn't make it to the page, and I kept reading it as the original sentence, even though it made no sense.
Oddly, in this case it may be related to the ability I used to have, to compose very long things in my head, before writing.
Short term memory is very weak still, but has improved.
When I first got on here under this name, I couldn't remember an entire sentence sometimes.
All very frustrating.

I don't care if it was normal oversight.
But I can look at things and not see them, even if I have checked my own writing repeatedly.
It's sort of a version of aphasia in visual media.
Sometimes I have to edit a lot and still miss things.
I have to work very hard to read things correctly and it's worse when writing.

That isn't what I meant, though I see how it could be read that way.AntiM wrote:Of course you do. I stand by my opinion, not that it matters to anyone but me. And you can do what you want on your own forums, that has no bearing to how the mods do things here.
No, I would mod by the rules here now, just as you do.
I just meant I would read as a proofreader, whereas now I read for entertainment.
A wholly different approach.
Quite serious about the forums.
Nothing burner related.
I am getting excellent advice, fortunately.
I just need to raise my skill level considerably, but will be online once the current moving is done.
Mostly niches I have found that no one is filling.
One I suggested to the people that have the niche, and the people aren't interested in a forum.
It isn't an area I'm interested in doing, but the opportunity is too good to ignore.
Thanks.
I hope to be paying moderators eventually, by the way.
I've noticed the same thing myself about the screen, especially since I have some damage to center point of my eyesight.
Thought I would never read again, it was so painful at first.
On charlie rose, the developer of the kindle? was talking about this area and said that the background is crucial to the comfort level, their major focus.
Research indicates that we see most screens as a virtual interpretation rather than fixed objects too, so we focus slightly past the screen and need glasses set for that focal point.
So that should make a difference too.
I can remember being too young to interpret the shadows on the tv screen.
Very annoyed too.
I could only see the patterns on a solid object.
That's why kids like cartoons so much.

Singapore money lenders? Give me an f-ing break!

I had to edit to add this line from the post. I know it will be deleted, but this is a nearly perfect pitch. I wonder if they know any of my friends in Nigeria?

I don't think this is actually spam, but it seems to be skipping on the edge of the TOS
