I PM'd him about my mates experience selling water on playa, You need a Nevada Division of health inspected and certified truck and a certified source otherwise your in violation of NRS.

Nevada Health pose as customers order water, and when he showed to deliver they run through all of his paperwork. Since he does this for a living out of Winnemucca the rest of the year he were good to go.

BM is on the radar of the state agencies, and it was commerce as well.
