Typeface confusion

What is up with the typefaces today. Random italizizing. Random sizing. Links not being as long as the words that label them. words rolling off the right of my screen.

Please fix soon. (I assume it's some sort of side effect of some upgrade or other change.)

I'm one of your poor benighted executive branch minions. My keyboard doesn't even have a "W." Gateway. When I logged back in, everything was fine; must be some sort of glitch, but it was driving me crazy.

And it gets awful dreary writing in all those Ws by hand.
