Invoke The Fiery

Hello everyone !!

We are creating Invoke the Fiery for this 2024 Burn !
We are looking for help and collaborators, both in-person for fabrication and also lots of remote opportunities from help with engineering and 3D model to help with transport and material research to any creative image or text you’re willing to do.
We need you and you can help us on so many ways !

We are also searching to complete our budget that is already more than half way there (and still working on it : to lower the budget and get the money we are still missing !!) ! So financial support will be very helpful.

Or any donation (like sound system, power system, shade structure or LED lights we need for the project).

As a French emergent artist, I'll be traveling to San Francisco to build the artwork in a metalworking studio just outside the city.

Our project involves constructing a 15x15 feet metal arch with a sound system and lighting features. It's our first significant project, and while we've secured our workspace in SF, being in an unfamiliar area presents its challenges.

So we are looking for any donation or help with light and/or shade structure for the building week.
For the shade structure we will take anything to keep us healthy during the build week. For now, we unfortunately have no shade structure..

And for the lights we are looking for any idea, help or donation to get the lights for our piece.
We are looking to create a magical aura at night, with a red light emanating from within the structure.
We were thinking to use internal RED LED COB IP68 water-dustproof to ensure safety and colorful visibility from a distance. And to use external LED for the bowls and the guy wires.
We would also welcome battery bank-powered work lights for the building week.

So we are also looking for any donation or help with our sound system.
We are looking for speakers and accessories (wires + connectives + audio souce).
We are looking to create ambient ritual sounds, to offer a multisensory immersive journey.
We were thinking to use multi-directional outdoors speakers adding subwoofers for the deep bass tones to enhance experience.

For the power system we were thinking to use a solar power system to provide power to the art. And a backup battery in case it is needed. But we can completely change for a fuel generator.
We will need to power the LEDs that will be used to illuminate the sculpture + bowls + wires + utility boxes (fuel, power, etc).
We will also need to power the sound system (2 speakers and sound proofers with audio source). And there will be a small motor mechanism to activate a bell to power.
We were thinking of solar power system to try to stay carbon negative but we are deadly in need of help to enter in our budget and so we will absolutely take a fuel generator to power our art.
So if you have a fuel generator : WE ARE TAKING IT !

And we are looking for any donation or help with the artwork transportation to the playa (and from ?).
We will be leaving from San Francisco.

Any help in any of this field would be so helpful !! We need help on some of these field to be able to get the other ones.
