Was wearing a gold/yellow slip with white lace trim, green and white polka dot bikini top, grey suede boots, and a rad rainbow vest. Was also wearing a black hat with netting in the front, I had sewn a beaded belt to the front and a gold dinosaur to the back above a black bow. Butterfly parasol with blue fringe. So sad I lost my mind and my cool outfit in one foul swoop Please please let me know if my stuff is out there

There is an epic tale that goes along with this post. I figure it wouldn't hurt to ask if anyone saw my stuff while I was having some issues. Things can be replaced, and I'm okay. That's all that matters.

Lovely post! Your greatest contribution to the event is to record the narrative of how it came to be sometime.

I never bring anything I can't lose. At another BM-like event, someone I know stole some pretty awesome pants when I was in the shower and it took a year to get them back.

So if they come back, maybe there is a story of where they have been!

Glad you got your cool pants back! I had some other cool stuff stolen out of a friends car the night before we got to the playa, so it was just a double bummer. But it's okay

I got most of my stuff returned to me! YAY! I even had a note inside telling me where my bike was located, but since I just got my pack back about a month ago, that bike is long gone. I am still missing a vintage black hat with a silk bow, netting, and a gold dinosaur I glued and sewed on the back.

Has your embarrassment subsided to the point that you can share your epic tale?
