Lost Brown down jacket

My brown Columbia down jacket was "liberated" from my bike basket at the 3:30 portos on Tuesday night in a bag. I'm hoping the "liberator" found the contents of the bag uninteresting and dumped it. The jacket has a shiny silvery lining and I'm very fond of it. I'm happy to pay return postage and something for your trouble. Thanks!
