Hi Lost and Found,

I know it's a long shot. But I lost my brand new leatherman Wingman. I believe it may have been nearby the life cube on the night it burned (Thursday?) or nearby the toilets on 4 and D (or somewhere relatively directly between).

It's a Leatherman Wingman Multi Tool (831426):

And I'd purchased it for the burn so it should look brand new.

Best of luck to you, I carry a Leatherman at ALL times, one of man's best inventions. I try to never put it down anywhere but back in my pocket.
I've carried them for 20 years, I find that's the key; don't ever put it down anywhere!

I found a Leatherman multi-tool covered in dust next to the street post for 5:30 & L. When I came home I washed it and didn't see any engraving. I'll take it out, check for the model number and report back here.

I have lost many leathermans from my pocket. Seems the tsa doesn't let you take them on planes

I learned in the military to "dummy cord" anything I don't want to lose-like compasses, GPS units, and yes, Leathermans. I just use 550-type para cord. Yet I still manage to lose tools, specifically sockets, all the time. hard to put a leash on them.
