I lost my DL around 5:30 and Esplanade. It was in my waist belt along with a camera and some other stuff.

Might I suggest you simply go into the local DMV and get it replaced? That likelihood of getting it back, especially if you haven't already (let's face it, your name and address are already on it) is zilch, nada, zip.
