Found Banksy Bag. Owner is Monica Perletti, contains her Driver's license, iPhone, Cash and other belongings. If anyone knows her please get her to contact me so I can return her things.

This might be an obvious thought - but since you have the address on the drivers license, you can you just send her a snailmail letter she would get it in 3 days or less.
