Kay Kory Kody Koby from Dragon Smelter I have your hat

While picking up assorted trash around the Blockhouse Bay campground at Pyramid Lake pre-event I found a woven wide-brimmed hat with a blue tape ID band inside. Hard to make out the name, the 'y' at the end was overlapping another letter, it reads "Kay Kory Kody Koby (or similar), Dragon Smelter 4:30 Plaza (@1:30)"...didn't connect on the playa, would love to get the hat back to you.
