Remembrance Temple > Where? How?

One of my very good friend Hugues de la Plaza was murdered last June in his apartment in San Francisco.

He was a confirmed Burner and we friends would like to erect a shrine in his memory.

I have been told that there is a Temple at BM for this purpose. I was unable to find the information on the site.

Please give me all info you may have on the subject.
