Your artcar builder is right there in your bathroom mirror. It takes some inspiration and imagination---YOUR IMAGINATION. Most artcars worthy of Burning Man take thousands of dollars in materials and several hundred hours. There are only a limited number of vehicles accepted by the DMV, so not every camp has their own party barge.
I suggest you gather a bunch of camp mates together and come up with ideas along with lots of builders willing to put in countless months into a mutant vehicle build project.
