artist ticket vs. low income ticket

Are special "artist" ticket $190- transferable? Are they in a specific name?

This is eplaya, not BMOrg, but...
  • Artist and Low Income tickets are "subsidized" by BM.
  • Low Income tickets are never transferable; can only be paid for and used by the assigned person.
  • I do not know, but would highly expect, that Artist tickets are treated the same.
