Lost my tickets!
Lost my tickets!
Today was probably the most difficult day of my life, or at least for as long as I can remember. I lost my 2 tickets along with a vehicle pass... I have a suspicion that it was picked up by someone else at a public place (a coffee shop). The tickets were not in the envelope, so there is no contact information. Is there a way to void or cancel/reissue the tickets? I still have the receipt... Is there any hope to get a refund? Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated... Thanks.

Your best bet would be to get a hold of ticket support @ burningman. Good luck to you and sorry for your loss.

[email protected] is the ONLY place to get an accurate answer.
Cling onto that receipt, and make sure you have the credit card you paid with available. Give them the order number off of the receipt when you contact them, so they know what you're discussing. You will absolutely need the credit card number used so they can verify it's you (I wouldn't send the card number until they request it).

I contacted [email protected] and was told that they can void/cancel the tickets, but not refund them... bummer. not even about the money...
Re: Lost my tickets!
I asked them that question, but from all the communications from the office, it sounds like it's just a void/cancel option, not replace/refund...
Has anyone hear otherwise, based on experience?

Wow, I would think they'd replace them if you had all the information for them to void them...
Maybe the problem is they have already printed all the tickets for the year and there simply aren't anymore to give to you...
I don't see how they think you could be scamming them if they said they'd void the tix...
But maybe I'm not understanding the whole situation... did you buy them thru BM or a third party?
Sorry to hear that... stay positive, you'll find more tix!

Re: Lost my tickets!
It's covered explicitly in the FAQ, and has not changed from previous years.
